Orders placed after 4pm (Mon-Thu), will be delivered within 2 days. Orders placed on Fridays after 4pm and on weekends, will be dispatched the next working day and delivered from Tuesday. Free returns.

You may cancel your order at any time up to 30 days after receiving the goods by calling us on 01-475-7109 or emailing askdyson.ie.

Spares, tools and accessories

Please note that spares, tools and accessories are dispatched separately and will be delivered within 14 days.

This is charged at €5 for orders under €50, or free for orders over €50.

We offer a 30 day returns policy, in case you change your mind (on vacuums, hair care, lighting, purifiers, fans and heaters only).

You may cancel up to 30 days after receiving your machine.  Contact us here to cancel.

To receive a full refund, you must return all goods received as part of the Product that you wish to return, including any accessories, attachments or promotional gifts that came with your machine.
