Washing the filter
Your Dyson vacuum cleaner has a washable filter. We recommend washing it once a month to maintain optimum suction power.

Washing your brush bar
To maintain performance, it's important to keep your machine's washable brush bar clean. Simply detach, wash with cold water, leave to dry for 24 hours and reattach.

The service includes labour and spare parts where required (excluding additional accessories and filters), which are guaranteed for 12 months or until service support ends for your machine – whichever is soonest.
