Orders placed after 4pm (Mon-Thu), will be delivered within 2 days. Orders placed on Fridays after 4pm and on weekends, will be dispatched the next working day and delivered from Tuesday. Free returns.

Spares, tools and accessories

Please note that spares, tools and accessories are dispatched separately and will be delivered within 3-5 days.

This is charged at €5 for orders under €50, or free for orders over €50.

We offer a 30-day returns policy, in case you change your mind (on vacuums, hair care, lighting, purifiers, fans and heaters only).

You may cancel up to 30 days after receiving your machine.
